Paired with 2022 Talley Vineyard Estate Chardonnay
2nd Course
Pan roasted duck breast salad with Kauai mixed greens, fresh pears, candied pecans, gorgonzola cheese crumble and a red wine vinaigrette
Paired with 2022 Talley Vineyard Estate Pinot Noir
3rd Course
Pomegranate and rosemary lamb pops served with a roasted vegetable couscous, zesty herb gremolata, and a pomegranate veal demi glaze reduction
Paired with 2022 Talley “Rosemary’s” Pinot Noir AND 2022 Talley Vineyard Syrah
4th Course
Dark chocolate mousse with a vanilla whipped cream and mixed berry coulis drizzle
Paired with Graham’s 10yr Tawny Port
