Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons shoyu
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 8 boneless skinless thighs
- salt and pepper
Method
Mix the first seven ingredients together in a bowl for the marinade. Salt and pepper the chicken thighs and add to the marinade for at least 6 hours. Remove and either grill to your liking or bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Bon appetit!
