This is DanO’s perfect “go to” pupu over the holiday season…simple and delicious!
- 8 oz smoked salmon
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 sprigs of finely chopped dill
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Cracked pepper
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon juice and 3/4 of dill. Flake salmon into small pieces; stir into cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate covered, at least 2 hours before serving. Top dip with remaining dill. Serve with your favorite crackers or veggies.
